Phan Lợi also known as “Gentlemen Tattoo”, is a self-taught young Tattoo Artist from the city of Pleiku. Phan Lợi has been tattooing professionally for over 3 years and he is specialized in large scale Japanese inspired tattoos with a Vietnamese stylistic twist.

He is an extremely hard working, gentle and dedicated artists, who is constantly learning and pushing his abilities. Phan Lợi has also been the first tattoo artists working an tattooing here at Dragon City Ink, while we were still literally building it up.
