Phung Manh Chien is a multi award winning Tattoo Artist from the city of Vinh Phuc, specialized in large-scale super solid and colorful Japanese-inspired tattoos & bodysuits.

He is known to be an extremely hard-working and dedicated artist. His latest achievement was the 1st prize for the Best Bodysuit at the Thailand Tattoo Expo 2023, which is one one of the most important tattoo events in South East Asia.
