Our team is formed by extremely professional and talented tattoo artists, who take great care at every step of the tattooing process. We believe in teamwork and from the initial concept, to design and execution, every single tattoo made at Dragon City Ink, is a collective effort to deliver the best possible results for your new body art.

Loi
Mr Phan also known as the “Gentlemen Tattoo,” is a self-taught tattoo artist from the city of Pleiku. Mr Phan has been tattooing professionally for over 6 years, and he is a real all-rounder, able to do any kind of tattoo in different styles, such as Asian, geometric, neo-traditional, new-school, color, and even black & grey.
Mr Phan was the first tattoo artist to work at Dragon City Ink (back in 2021), and since then, he has proven to be an extremely hard-working, laser-focused, and dedicated artist who is constantly learning and pushing his abilities. Mr Phan loves to make large-scale tattoos and dragons completely designed by himself.

Dragon City Ink absolutely blew me away. I came in wanting a Korean-inspired fine line tattoo — super clean, minimal, and precise. I got two swallows with my son’s name, and I honestly couldn’t believe the result when they finished. It looked even better than the original computer mockup — the lines were crisp, the placement was perfect, and the whole piece had that refined, high-end look you usually see from top studios. Yes, this shop will likely cost more than the average place in Da Nang — but you don’t cheap out on a tattoo. It’s on you for life. If you want the best, go to Dragon City Ink. I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
